● 300g of Melon - cut into pieces
● ½ of a medium size onion
● 2 green chillies
● ½ tsp of mustard seeds
● 2 cloves of garlic
● 1 piece of cinnamon stick
● 1 tsp of curry powder
● ¼ tsp of turmeric powder
● 1/8 tsp of red chilli powder
● 1 cup of coconut milk
● Some curry leaves
To start, mustard and garlic together. Keep it a side. Now, on medium heat, boil the melon pieces in water with all the spices, green chilli, cinnamon stick and curry leaves. Once the melon pieces are boiled, add the mixture you made in the beginning. Add some salt. Mix everything well and add coconut milk. Mix again and let everything cook together. Taste and adjust salt if necessary.
